Socrates Cafe | AQW Events

Socrates said, "The unexamined life is not worth living".  What are we missing if we neglect to examine important aspects of our every being?  Are you looking for an opportunity to get together with others to exchange thoughtful ideas and experiences while embracing the Socratic method of argumentation?  The Quinte West Public Library is pleased to offer people of different ages and backgrounds the opportunity to engage in non-academic philosophic discussion.

The Socrates Café is held at the Trenton Branch of Quinte West Public Library on 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm.

Discussion starts at 6:00 pm and admission is free.
Be prepared for an hour and a half of intellectual stimulation.
Feel free to bring your own refreshments.
