A Home of Our Own
The Arts Quinte West Gallery, located at 84 Dundas St. W. in downtown Trenton across from Shopper's Drug Mart, is our latest venture. Showcasing the work of many of our artists in month-long exhibitions, the gallery is a pefect place to see the creativity that abounds in Quinte West. Drop by for a quiet moment away from your busy day and take some time to reflect.
The gallery provides an opportunity for the local community as well as visitors to the region to get a glimpse at the talents of AQW members during the busy downtown tourist season. The gallery operates four days per week, Wednesday to Friday from 11am to 5pm and Saturday from 11am to 4:30pm. All members are welcome to exhibit and the gallery showcases books, jewellery, three-dimensional works, paintings, photography and more. All items are available for purchase and the Gallery carries smaller items such as cards and prints as well as original works.
The gallery includes an ideal space for arts-related workshops, demonstrations and classes. The space is available for rent; please send an email to if you're interested in holding an event.
In addition to the new gallery, we also provide display opportunites in our successful AQW Showcase program that takes art into the Quinte West community at City Hall, Quinte West Medical Centre and other locations.
